Notes: The data comes from a survey conducted on a sample of 575 households. Respondents reported the number of days per week and weeks per month that specific types of fuel were used for various purposes, also noting whether the fuel was wet. More than 70% of households used different types of fuel, primarily for cooking. About 0.8% of households used animal dung for lighting. Other fuels, such as Artemisia afra, Tagetes minuta, strobili, charcoal, wood waste, and wood chips, were also used for cooking and water heating.
